Eligibility Requirements
Your donation must be $500 or more.
Tax credits must still be available at the time your gift is received.
The taxpayer claiming the credit must match the name and tax identification number associated with the payment.
Contributions must meet all Maryland CITC program requirements.
What Is the Community Investment Tax Credit (CITC)?
The Community Investment Tax Credit (CITC) Program is administered by the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD). The program encourages individuals and businesses to invest in qualified Maryland nonprofits by offering state tax credits for eligible contributions.

Make a donation and fill out the Donor Acknowledgment Form— email it to developmentadmin@drinkatthewell.org.
We will submit your documentation to the State of Maryland on your behalf.
Once approved, the State will issue the tax credit certificate needed when filing your Maryland tax return!
