Part-time Program Manager
Requirements:
32 hours/week
Ability to work well with a diverse group of staff and volunteers
Experience with women at risk and trauma informed
An understanding that faith is an important element to one’s growth
Experience managing volunteers
Ability to effectively manage a wide array of tasks, projects, and responsibilities
Ability to work productively in a fast paced environment with frequent interruptions
Demonstrates capability to effectively communicate orally and in writing
Must be available for special events and training
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or relevant experience
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Volunteer Administration
Develop, promote, and maintain a wide range of volunteer opportunities within the organization alongside the Program Director
Survey staff regularly to assess needs for volunteer assistance
Maintain Volunteer Job Descriptions for each volunteer assignment
Arrange for volunteer orientation and training
Schedule volunteer activity and tours
Maintain accurate records and provide timely statistical and activity reports on volunteer participation
Recruit, interview and place applicants for volunteer work alongside Program Director
Act as a point of contact for communications
Leadership and Management for:
Women of Hope
Oasis (Shower Ministry)
Feet to the Street (Street Outreach)
Hope Chest (Free Community Clothing Closet)
Mentor/Mentee management
Food and essential need distribution
Works directly under the Program Director and will perform other duties as assigned. This position will require occasional evening and weekend responsibilities.
